Data Centre at Bangabandhu Hi-Tech City-2
This is one of the most prestigious projects in Bangladesh, we were pleased to be part of this project as a Structural BIM Consultant. Coordination is key in this kind of complex project, having a Structural BIM Model is essential nowadays as it will save the project excess cost, definitely will reduce the rework during construction as all the disciplines are clash-free, and finally, the project will be completed on time.
Hilton Dhaka
Hilton Hotel Dhaka Project is located in the core area of Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh. It is not only a vibrant and popular area but also has a very Mature business configuration, location conditions and land value are extremely high-end. Hilton Dhaka will be the first Hilton Hotels & Resorts property in Bangladesh and mark Hilton’s entry into the country. We BIMaided provided the BIM Services for MEPF including the BIM Coordination and Clash resolutions.
The Hotel ManaBAY
BIMaided was responsible for detailing and coordination services, design drawings, The Hotel ManaBAY, at ManyBAY water Park in Bangladesh. The 112-room hotel features lake-side rooms, the others having partial waterfront views Villa Lake View Side. There are also 18 villas for each project. This is the 3rd largest water park in Asia Zone. As a BIMaided service provider, we were engaged in a crucial role for a hotel project located in Gajaria, Mushiganj, Bangladesh. Our expertise was instrumental in transforming traditional BIM services into comprehensive architectural, Structural& MEP models that played a pivotal role in the successful execution of this project.
Restaurant at ManaBAY Water Park
BIMaided has provided Revit Architectural Structural & MEP BIM Coordination service & As-Built existing condition of the project at ManaBAY Water Park, a two-storied restaurant building in Bangladesh Our BIM team has successfully created a highly accurate and efficient BIM model and run multiple clash detection and coordination processes to minimize the clashes and produce the clash-free coordinated BIM model for the construction team at this water park restaurant building projects. We had a dedicated team assigned to finish the project with quality, speed and quick turnaround time. Along with modeling our team was efficiently participating in coordination meetings and on-site coordination visits whenever required.
Sandune Court
BIMaided has provided the MEP Coordination for the Sandune Court Project in the USA. Our scope of work was MEP BIM modeling and coordination services for a 2-story multi-family Residential project in Sagaponack, New York, USA. The BIMaided team developed a highly accuracy BIM MEP Coordination model for this project. We have helped projects involving architecture & and structure, The contractor and our client visualize the final MEP Coordination 3D model so that any necessary changes can be implemented before the construction begins. We have provided our client with a construction documentation level of detail by using multiple BIM software and plugins such as Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and AutoCAD.
